My name is Melanie. I am a health and wellness expert, yoga and meditation teacher and stress coach. I have written this course to help anyone who is experiencing stress and anxiety or depression in their lives. You will discover many easy to follow, bite-sized tips and techniques to help you to wellbeing.
Stress, anxiety and depression are issues that everyone faces from time to time. And yet, it feels scary and lonely when you are in that situation. You may feel like you are the only person ever to feel this way.
You may feel as if nobody understands. Your mind may trick you and tell you that you are never going to feel any better.
An estimated 284 million people worldwide have an anxiety disorder.
Life throws problems our way. There is no way to escape that fact. You hurt and suffer when you get stuck with the same problem day-in and day-out.
For some people anxiety becomes a constant presence that impacts their lives every day, disturbing their physical and mental wholeness. It is a constant battle.
Anxiety is one of the most common forms of mental illness. Anxiety can affect your health. If you suffer from an anxiety disorder, research suggests that you may run a higher risk of experiencing physical health problems, too. So when you manage your anxiety, you’re also taking care of your physical health.

If that is how you are feeling then please take some time out to listen to my tips and techniques. They are simple and easy to follow. I would not suggest trying them all at once but introduce one or two every so often to see what effect it has. I hope that you will find much relief.
“This is a great course with a wealth of information and practical tips and techniques to set you on the path to achieving, and maintaining, positive mental health and wellbeing. I found the course very easy to navigate and the 48 sections (on topics including Positive Thinking and Time Management) can be accessed in any order, or re-visited, according to your individual preference. You will be able to develop a useful toolbox and benefit from using the downloadable resources attached to 13 of the sections, including an individual stress test and report. Melanie helped me to understand the benefits of a wide range of different activities and lifestyle choices, some of which I was familiar with and others which I hadn’t considered before. I found this to be a very comprehensive course and would recommend it to anyone – we all experience stress and anxiety in our lives to some extent and need to learn how to manage this. I also greatly enjoy attending Meanie’s yoga and meditation classes and would strongly recommend trying her online sessions.”
