Exam Preparation
ServiceNow CSA exam is a proctored, timed exam consisting of approximately (60) questions or less. The CSAexam is designed to test on the specific topic area of the certification in five main areas:
- User Interface & Navigation
- Collaboration
- Database Administration
- Self-Service & Process Automation
- Intro to Scripting & Application Tools
Once the exam starts, you will have 30 minutes to complete it.
